We make sure the specs match your load exactly so that doesn’t happen. Quartz, Halogen, and the boring stuff that matters We use high-purity quartz glass. Why? Because it lets the short-wave IR radiation fly right through without getting trapped. For the heavy-duty jobs, we add halogen gas. It stops the filament from evaporating too fast, which means your tubes last longer. We also stick to R7s and Sk15 connectors. They’re the old reliable workhorses of the industry. They just slide into the sockets. No weird adapter brackets, no custom wiring, no headaches. The reality check Now, here is a pro tip: you can buy the best lamp in the world, but if your reflectors are pitted or covered in grime, you’re wasting your money. High-wattage lamps put a lot of stress on those reflectors. If they aren’t clean, the heat won’t hit the PET preform evenly, and you’ll see it in your final product. Keep those reflectors shiny.
